Do you offer free health consultations?
If you're willing to try Acupressure ear seeds, a nurse can take your history and perform this non-invasive procedure for $10.00. Ear seeds, an ancient Chinese technique, can passively treat various chronic conditions (especially pain relief) over time. As for invasive procedures, an appointment with the physician is required.
Does Acupuncture Hurt?
Patients can feel the needles pierce the skin, but the procedure is painless. It feels like someone is flicking your skin.
Pain relief is often instantaneous on first treatment for patients with chronic pain. However, the pain will return gradually without subsequent treatments. It's recommended that patients stick with acupuncture and invest in frequent treatment for first two weeks for best therapeutic effect.
What is micro-needling and how does it remove wrinkles?
Microneedling is also known as “Collagen Induction Therapy”. The procedure stimulates collagen production under the skin to reduce acne scars, wrinkles, and stretch marks. Multiple treatments are required for visible improvement. Modern day microneedling procedures use roller pins, but surprisingly borrows its theory from Chinese acupuncture.
